All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — I'm complaining about payment done in NORCET 2021

I have done the payment or 3000 rupees for NORCET 2021 via UPI GPAY and it has been deducted from my account but the 4th step still shows incomplete. Not able to proceed with other steps. Please help. Date of payment is 28 October 2021.
