I was applying for INICET 2021.while doing my payment for the exam, the amount was deducted from my account, but I have done payment thrice through QR scan for help desk, but in my account there is no evidence of my payment and I couldn't proceed for next step of selection for choice of my city, this dated on 5th april 2021 4.00pm.

please help me on proceeding for next step and kindly requesting for the refund.
