All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — make payment issue

Sir/madam,
I had applied for the aiims ug entrance exam 2019 exam and my registration id is u[protected]. I made the payment of rs.1500/- which was debited from my bank account. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment has not been made. When i am going to make the payment again, it displays as
"sorry for inconvenience. Ur transcation coud not be processed at this time..."
Please resolve this issue so as i need to choose city as soon..
