My uhid is[protected] manoj kumar gupta had medical examination of blood ra factor in red building but unfortunately room n. O. 24 had taken my blood out and give it to me to deposit in rajkumari amrit kaur opd but they now refused to accept it stating that you should bring the white form but when we went to doctors chamber doctor is not available and its almost 4 hours my blood sample had taken out and its still kept with me please help sir in this matter thanks
