All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — money debited but registration failed in the final registration process of md/ms/mch examination

Respected sir/madam,

My amount of rs.1500 for final registration has been debited for final md/ms/mch examination, but registration failed with message showing "your transaction has been failed due to response has been tampered'. At 7:04pm on 28/09/2019. Amount has not been credited back to me yet and i ended up paying again. I was paying through karnataka bank debit card.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and see that it gets resolved. I ha e provided my details below.
