I am facing payment issues while registering for my sister for norcet 2020.
While registering i selected "payment options #1" the payment mode i selected was sbi netbanking and proceeded with it the amount got deducted from my account, due to some technical issues the payment wasn't successful then again i tried to pay via "payment options #2" (Bill desk) the payment mode i selected was upi then again the amount got deducted and the payment was unsuccessful.
When i am trying for the third time below error message is being displayed.

I have two request as follows:
1) can you please refund ₹1500 that has been deducted for the second time
2) please update the completed payment on the portal
I tried calling them on[protected] multiple times but there was no response from their end.
