I have made the fee payment of Rs 1500 for NORCET exam 2020 through NetBanking. But it is not updated yet. I am not able to complete my application form. 20 Aug is the last date after extension. Will I be able to complete my form.

Now the Extended date upto 20th August has been missed also. Is there any arrangements? . Would I be able to appear in the exam or if not. Then, am I going to get a refund
