All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — paid the amount 1500 but payment option is showing incomplete

I have completed step 1 of registration of aiims 2018 and also paid the amount 1500 through debit card. The money deducted from my bank account but it is showing that payment incomplete. Please help me out as i'm not able to proceed further in completing the application form. Kindly please do consider this matter and tell me what to do the otherwise all the nearby centres will get occupied.

I tried to pay a sum of rupees 1500 through SBT debit card but due to insufficient amount the traction appears to be "A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed"

Kindly help to solve the case
