All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — payment debited from my account for the failed transaction and the still that not refunded

I made two payments for md/ms pg aiims 2020 registration. The first payment (Card no.: 5497xxx0xxxx3911 28sep19 221301 xnchfamsed mumbai ref:[protected] was faliure transaction - but the money rs. 1500 debited from my account. This is still not refunded to my account yet. The second transaction was successfully paid and completed the registration. I need to get the refund for the first transaction (Failed) as soon as possible. I sent email to aiims. [protected]@gmail.com and called [protected] - no response yet from aiims.

Sir mene bsc nursing hon.me apply kiya he make paymant me debit card se 1200 rupee bank se kat gaye he lekin paymant option paid nahi huva he so do to my solutions

sir i have made a payment for post bsci nursing . but the payment got failed and at the same time the amount 1500 INR got deducted from my account and the form still showing that i am remaining to pay the fees . please help me in this matter

Respected sir,
I'm sharada palve, I have registered on AIIMS DELHI NORCET EXAM 2021, On 17/10/2021.I made payment thorough credit card first transaction was failed but amount debited and second transaction was successful. After second transaction it reflected on registration process.
Kindly refund amount 3000 on credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 5483.
