I have completed my payment twice and the amount was also deduced twice. But my payment status is still incomplete and I'm unable to select exam city of choice. Kindly look into it..

Its been more than 24hrs since I submitted my complaint, still my payment status is incomplete. How can I proceed further? I have already paid twice. and money got deduced twice.
Please look into the issue . I also want refund of money. Kindly do the needful
