All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Payment issue Money was debited from my account but application status showing incomplete transaction

I, dr. Siddhant tried to register for the aiims dm/mch exam nov 2021 session exam today and while making the payment it did not go through although money of amount 1500 inr was deducted from my bank account. I have emailed the issue to them and, toll free helpline is not responding to calls. but i am stuck because of the payment issue and i cant proceed with my application. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest.
