All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Payment made twice it failed inicet mar 2021

I’ve tried the payment for my inicet PG application two times amount got debited stating successful transaction but did not get the confirmation on my inicet account. I’ve mailed 3days back but no response, I may loose my choice of city for examination the more it’s delayed. Kindly help
