All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Payment not reflected and money has been deducted thrice

On 26/03/2021 I paid application fee for inicet 2021 July session via upi the amount got deducted and i have done through debit card twice too but it was not reflected. After payment was made the website was redirected back to aiims site but it failed to open, on reloading things didn’t work. On logging in again payment status was shown incomplete. Kindly accept payment and refund the extra fee paid.
