All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Refund amount deducted from failed transaction

Respected sir,
I'm sharada palve, I have registered on AIIMS DELHI NORCET EXAM 2021, On 17/10/2021.I made payment thorough credit card first transaction was failed but amount debited and second transaction was successful. After second transaction it reflected on registration process.
Kindly refund amount 3000 on credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 5483.
