All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Refund of fees paid for INI CET application form

I Filled INICET application form on 5th april 2021. I tried to make payment twice but it was unsuccesfull, money has been deducted from my account both the times and I haven't recieved the refund yet. The payment was successfull third time. I have written multiple mails but no response.
