All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Refund of ini cet exam double payment

It's been 2 months since they have debited money from my account twice. They have assured me of refunding after 1 month, but it didn't happen. Now it is 2 months but, no one is replying to any mail and they have switched off all the phones, which were provided for complaint. This is totally unacceptable from your side. All India Institute of Medical Science [AIIMS] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 16, 2020 Updated by Jibetosh Biswas My issue still hasn't been resolved. Nobody replies to mails. People in AIIMS only assured me that my money will be returned. This is nothing but harassment. The bank is saying the payment has been made already. AIIMS is not helping at all. How can extra money be charged from students and even after assurance the money is not returned!

How many days should I wait to get confirmation about the money refund status. This is highly unprofessional to harass students. There is no way of direct communication and I have to wait every single day to get a reply via mail from your side. It feels like you are showing kindness. More than 2 months have already been passed and still I'm not sure I will get the money or not. Kindly, explain the matter to me or tell me what should I do next.
