My exam fees.. Are deducted twice.
During my first payment it showed error due to technical inconvenience..
As the fees are not paid..
I tried second time but transaction was successful but.. Extra 1500 fees are deducted.. Please help me. I have reference number and everything.
Refund my money..

During payment process my money was deducted then also it shows incomplete payment.. plzz look after it n either refund it or manage it so i can further fill the form...
