All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — regarding payment for pg exam

While im applying for my pg application i paid the exam fees four times, money was taken from my accounts but i can't able to proceed further to fill my application since its showing transaction failed and now because of tis delay i won't be able to get centre i prefer... I need to a solution to get my four thousand rupees back and to further proceed to fill my application form
