All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — regarding the refund of amount paid twice for final md/ms registration.

Respected sir/madam,
I have to pay twice for final registration of md/ms entrance exam. Following are the details of transactions
1st-inr1, 522.50 debited on credit card xx1001 on 01-oct-19, 7:56 pm. Info:aiimsothcrcard.
2nd-inr1, 515.00 debited on credit card xx1001 on 01-oct-19, 8:23 pm. Info:xnchfamsed.
But i didn't receive any refund for my 1st transaction.
Kindly help me in this regard. My registration no. Is this - p[protected]
