I wish to complain about a failed transaction of 1500 from my account in completing a medical mbbs form on 7th february 2018. I am complaining because it's been 5 days since the transaction and i haven't gotten my refund back. To resolve this problem i would like my refund on my account When i first learned about this problem i contacted aiims costumer care number ([protected]) but no one ever picked up the phone. I have filled the form n completed the first step and have paid the amount of Rs 1500 (5 times) ie 7500 Rs and of course my balance is debited from my account. .This was because it does not went to the next step and the choice of exam place was closing.

Will I able to get my money and what i what to do to get my money back.
