All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Rs.2000 debited while making payment for ini.cet, but still showing incomplete payment

Respected sir
While doing my final registration process with ID: P[protected] and making payment for INI.CET exam, Rs.2000 was deducted from my account, but still showing payment incomplete.
It was done on 17nth October and it's been 3days and I have mailed several times, and didn't get any response,
Kindly do the needful as the final dates are closeby..

Updated by Krishnakumar Kichu Please do the needful on the above mentioned issue. My money was deducted during making payment for INI-CET and still showing payment incomplete and not able to go further step in the process..
