All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Successful payment but INICET application show it unsuccessful till last date of registration

I have made payment for INICET form on 24-10-20 and payment 2000/- was deducted from my account but on application profile it showed payment unsuccessful. I kept checking and called and mailed also but no response. And it kept showing me unsuccessful till the last time of registration[protected]:00 pm and showed successful at 7:30 pm after which when i was about to select city it showed registeration closed. I am still calling the helpline number provided. But no one picks.
