All Plus Size Store — my product was delivered to another address in other state and no response

I bought a product from allplusesize stores in online and i have payed my payment and they told that my product will be deliverd with in 5 days i have placed my order on 28 sept 2017 and it was deliverd to an other state in india and i have sent mail to them and i made number of call to them thay are disconnecting my call and not responding to the mails i want refund of my money
