All Plus Size Store Complaints & Reviews

I know that All the plus size store is closing/cutting down it's business, what i don't understand here is, the stores which are open and open to business, why are they not accepting credit card payments from months together and they accept only cash or UPI, if the brand or the sub brands have such internal issues, they should shut down the business and close the stores with immediate effect, store people cannot/unable to answer this question, they are saying there is no way that i can raise a complaint to Future Group and the All online store website is also closed and there is no way that i can reach the brand and raise this concern, not every customer can afford buying clothes from All the plus size store as the pricing of the garments/clothes are high compared to other brands and hence I use credit card option to make payment and clear the bills whenever I can, request you guys to help & sorry in this issue.

Poor refund policy, poor behaviour, no online payment accepted in the store.

Hi, Neel here from Mumbai. I had ordered on 18th may 22 from their website. My order id is[protected]. As it was prepaid order so I had paid 8442. On 25th I received mail that your order is being processed.
But till date I have not received any delivery update nor delivery of order.
Please deliver order as soon as possible. Atleast give us schedule for delivery.
Or else if you are not able to deliver order please refund me my amount paid.

I requested a return of 2 kurtas worth 2500 rs on 14 th march, but until now they haven't been picked up. I have called the customer service a number of times and emailed them too, but they say the pickup will be arranged in 2-3 days and then disappear. Please help get me my refund as they seem to be unreliable.

I bought a product from allplusesize stores in online and i have payed my payment and they told that my product will be deliverd with in 5 days i have placed my order on 28 sept 2017 and it was deliverd to an other state in india and i have sent mail to them and i made number of call to them thay are disconnecting my call and not responding to the mails i want refund of my money
