Allahabad Bank — 32000 withdrawal from atm but did not received from atm

I used atm on 30th of april 2018. I went on for 4 transaction of rs 32000 but could not rreceived the said amount. I updated my passbook and transaction are showing. I visited bank and submitted the application form and requested them to tranfer my amount 32000 in my account with immediate effect. So i request you to tell them to credit my said amount in my account as soon as possible. As i am a middle class person. So such amount means a lot for me. For such help i would be highly obliged.
