Your ATM failed to provide cash on 🆘emergencies and when complained in brach had to face some rude behaviour from security also there is no seriousness, proper channel to go through for raising a complain about anything everyone just seems so careless about it, thus this is creating a bad image among people. Thanks to Punjab National Bank ATM service that came to the rescue.

    Currently I am holding a saving bank account and locker facility in Allahabad bank Kalyan west Branch 1215.
    I had visited to bank on 06.09.2022 after 3 years last visit was in 2019 due to COVID and I am an NRI staying in Singapore I did not came to bank for 3 years.
    When I to go access my locker I found empty inside. I tried to talk with assistant bank manager but very disappointed with the behaviour and attitude they way they answer and tried to blame me in other way. Then I called my husband and discussed about this issue about fraud and breach of trust by bank Allahabad. He advised me to go to nearest police station. Police called the branch manager in bank and discussed about the issue but today is 3rd day so far I did not get any call or any further progress on this case. So I need to escalate this issue on this forum. I had send official email to Allahabad customer care cell, branch manager, Zonal office and Vigilance department but no reply from anyone. Even we had discussed with our family lawyer and submitted an official complaint to the nearest police station FIR.

      Dear Sir/Madam, My humble request, Last two-three months ago I went to Ganganagar (PIN-700132) branch of Allahabad Bank to open a new account for my sister's school scholarship application. I was rotated there for two months for various reasons. Finally accepted the account application on 03/08/2022. Then assured to give me passbook after one month. But when I went to get my passbook this week, I was rotated for two days.
      Next 05/08/2022 is the last date for submission of scholarship application form. When I went to the branch today I was turned away by the bank authority and asked to come next week. Even when I asked for the account number, he did not give it to me.

      Respected sir/madam, please take some action against them, so that no one else like my sister is deprived from getting the scholarship. Please complain to that branch.

        My debit card was torn so I had applied for New Debit Card on 10th of May in my local branch at saharanpur, clock tower branch, but still I didn't get New Debit Card, Whenever I visit the branch they said it will come at your address pls wait . It has been more than a month since I had filled the application form and submitted in my local branch but no coporation from the branch employee. Whenever I need money from that account since that was my salarry, I have to transfer money to another bank account and then use other debit cards to get money. Please look into the matter as early as possible since debit card is really necessary for daily use.

          Manager of Allahabad Bank Entally branch not came .now is 10.30 am. The counter person sitting in front of me said that untill Manager come he is unable to take money. I am a railway employees and I have to go to the office.
          Please look into the matter.

            I have an double deposite plan reciept no. DD/4 331951/52 of principle amount of 1280/- from 16/04/1992 and its maturity date is 18/04/2017
            when i took the double deposite plan on 16/4/1992 you executive informed me that i will recived my plan at intrest rate of 13% per annum on maturity date 18/04/2017 . but yet not recived my plan amount.
            i already concerned with the local branch( branch code-210212) & zonal branch of raipur ( branch code- 210211 )
            these plan was maked in simga branch of allahabad bank
            and the present branch manager say the he will not able to find my document of my plan . on behalf he say that he want an commision on my plane . and the zonal branch of raipur of allahabad bank say that they will not provide any update on it.

                    On 20th march 22 i have cancelled the order which is order id - #[protected].
                    FOVERA Knee Memory Foam Pillow for Side Sleepers Relief - for Sciatica, Back, Pregnancy, Hip Pain (Grey Velvet)

                    as per amazon agents they have refund issued on sunday 20 march 2022
                    3:35:56 PM IST of Rs.1, 798.

                    as per said by amazon agents if i do not get refund contact to bank with
                    RRR( Refund Reference Number) - 30005420802078192549515.

                    they will credit back. still noone is doing anything just blaming eachother and i am frustrated now.
                    i reequest you to take immediate action on it.

                                This is Saket Priyadarshi behalf of my Father Mr. Suresh Chand Jain (Age 72) and My Mother Mrs. Usha Jain (Age 71). My parent is having Saving Account Number [protected] and [protected] respectively in Indian (Allahabad) Bank.
                                We already visited 8 times so far to our home Branch Tikamgarh M.P.-472001, from 15th Feb 2021 till today to request below documents still waiting for the same..
                                1. new CTS cheque book with the name of “Indian Bank”
                                2. Update existing pass book or issue new one.
                                3. Request for Activate net banking & provide Internet Banking PIN

                                In lieu of all above visited I came along with my father 3 times and with my mother came 2 times..
                                But it’s all vein because all above requests all still pending and most important replied of all above queries are below with date and also please see my following concerned:
                                1. On first Visit – replied from banker as from 15th feb 2021 till 15th Mar 2021 our bank details not with Home branch as bank got migrated from Allahabad bank to Indian bank (I was assisted by Mr Amit Gandhi and helpdesk executive)
                                2. In March ending - Bank executive are busy in financial ending (I was assisted by Mr Amit Gnadhi and helpdesk executive).
                                3. After April 2021 onwards, banker aren’t very use to with Indian bank software and operation (I was assisted by Mr Amit Gandhi).
                                4. In month of July, on Archive portal having details of Indian bank customers so dnt have Allahabad bank customer details i[censored] want to check data before CBS.
                                5. In month August Branch Manager Mr. Amit Gandhi got transferred, waiting for new manager to be report (I was assisted by Ashutosh Bajpai and Gaurav Meena).
                                6. In month of Dec, 2021 your application for all above request won’t consider, as needs to fill specific form all above request(I was assisted by Ashutosh Bajpai and Gaurav Meena)..
                                7. On 1st Jan, 2022 bank server down Chennai server room facing some issue bank cant operative as bank is offline mode(I was assisted by Ashutosh Bajpai and Gaurav Meena)..
                                8. 15th Jan 2022, banker asked me to come after 4 pm(I was assisted by Mr Varun)..
                                9. Finally on 5 Feb, 2022 (after 355 days from 1st request given) bank executive had taken my requested forms but Pass book printer not working (I was assisted by Mr Vikas Kumar and BM Santosh Sahu)..
                                10. Again on 11th Feb pass book printer not working and so on till today still waiting for all above request…(I was assisted by Ashutosh Bajpai and Gaurav Meena).

                                In all above visited I met Mr. Ashutosh Bajpai, Gaurav Meena, Mr Varun, Mr Vikas Kumar and Old BM Mr. Amit Gandhi and new BM Mr Santosh Sahu (generally absent from bank either on leave or field visit).

                                This is the worst executive Mr. Ashutosh Bajpai and Mr. Gaurav Meena I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use IndainBank because you do misbehave with your customers and don’t know how to give senior citizen assistance.
                                So finally I visited again same and assisted by Mr Vikas Kumar but again can’t give Passbook because printer still not working and according banker “Indian Bank” is south Indian bank won’t helping in new Hardware and forcing him to change Branch address where having less rental..
                                Most important, when I was checked bank statement I found one below statement charge which not requested by me and didn’t get any “bank statement” hence the below charges aren’t payable.

                                In the light of the above facts/statements, I once again request you to please look into the matter and request the concerned Authority to open/consider my case to find the facts and refund me the admissible amount.
                                Mr. Ashutosh Bajpai was not at all helpful and very rude too. His answers and tone was not at all polite and he misbehaved a lot. I am so disappointed with it.
                                When I didn't get any satisfactory response day so I ask feedback form he is again came to me and told me there is no feedback form.
                                Then i talked to BM but again its replied pissed me off even more. I was seriously stunned at his response.
                                Is this the way you treat you old senior citizen customer’s assistance?? I am repenting my decision to choose Indian Bank as my service provider.
                                This is the worst Banker Mr. Ashutosh Bajpai I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use Indian (Allahabad) Bank because you do misbehave with your customers. I am repenting my decision closing my parent saving accounts.

                                In the light of the above facts/statements, I once again request you to please look into the matter and request the concerned Authority to consider my case to find the facts. I am a very stressed with the current situation and wishes this matter will be solved at your most convenient but immediate time.

                                As 12th March, 2022 is “National Lok Adalat Schedule - District Court” in Tikamgarh where I will be raising this concerned otherwise will go in consumer court in this weekend.

                                So if you have any question or drought you can ask those in call [protected]/[protected].

                                @Indain Bank Grievance cell: I spoke with other banker these guys told me they got same complain previously against Ms. Ashutosh Bajpai o[censored]nprofessional behavior .I told the entire story so far and requested him to consider my case to find the facts or let me speak to someone who has authority at his end who can look into this complaint. If Indian Bank is not able to handle these complaints they can simple stop foolishing the customers. Kindly do some needful work?

                                  I was denied to give a Term Deposit amount from allahabad bank authority, malda netaji more branch.I had two TD's of ₹96387 each and when went to encash those i was given one of the TD and for the other i was told that two TD's cant be from the same account inspite of the receipt number being different. I had given letter to bank authority twice but got no response.So look into the matter and let me know what should be done further to receive the TD amount.

                                    I have a complaint for allahabad bank new delhi badarpur jaitpur branch 110044.
                                    i many time visit bank for my phone change because the old number is my father number and in covide my father job lost and company take number and thats the reason i want change my number but every tme bank said server busy so can do this and since last 2 year same issue so please look into the matter.
                                    if bank not provide good services so why open it
