Allahabad Bank — aadhar card related complaint

Sir i have an account allahabad bank branch - alopibagh, allahabad uttar pradesh branch code 210611
Sir the bank staff no any transaction without aadhar card original with photocopy sir i know what that aadhar card is must for transaction. And all staff very misbehave the accounts holders.
No make bank draft without accounts and no timely worked.
