Allahabad Bank — a/c deducted 20000 while pos

A/c no -[protected] name-ritu kumari. Branch : patna (Khajpura[protected]. I was using my debit card for making a payment on 26/09/2017 my account debited by rs 20000/- but neither the amount is received by merchant nor credited in my account... Kindly credit such amount as soon as possible. I talked with customer support of allahabad bank and he said that file a complain in home branch. I lodged the complain and i got ticket no-1127590 dated 03/10/2017 but till today 15/10/2017 nothing has happened so please resolve my problem and credit my amount in my account as soon as possible
