Allahabad Bank — Account No. [protected] Inefficient Sohna Road Branch Gurgaon

We had applied for net banking facilities about two months back, no reply has been received.
The Bank manager shows ignorance and not able to give a satisfactory reply.
For getting the monthly statement of current account, I sent every month E mail for the same but no reply is given to E mails .
On my visit to the bank the staff shows ignorance about E mails .
Such action of the bank results in inefficiency of the bank and discomfort to the clients.
Bank manager has been apprised about the inefficiency but no effects, may I request you to look into my complaint and also instruct to the staff for a better behavior and efficient working.
I have not come across any bank so inefficience.
