Allahabad Bank — allahabad bank amount deducted from account but cash didnt come out of atm

I have a savings account with allahbad bank
My name is (V s naresh vedanabhatla) bank account number ([protected]) mobile number [[protected]] on 31st october 2019 between 6 to 6.15 pm. I have withdraw rupees 4000 from union bank of india atm machine in krishna reddy nagar colony, new bowenpally 500011. My allahbaad bank accont has been debited but i have not received cash from that atm machine... Till now i have not received credited back into my allahbaad bank please register my complaint and please credit back my money...
