I am Bibha kumari customer of allahabad bank barkagaon, I did not receive any information on my cellphone, as per bank information my cell phone number is not added with my account, many times i have given application to add my cellphone no. But he is not adding, he always replies that without donation any work doesn't happen in this age, when I oppose this word he (MR. ROHIT KUMAR) misbehave with me. Please provide solution.
