I have not received payment in my account its more than 14 days, and also tried to bank customer care no. Its not working ([protected]) and i have mail bank 2 time no response, and i have also contacted amazon they told that they had send payment on 18th aprill from their end and also they share transaction number :[protected]., and today i have contacted my bank branch they are not resolving me query, please reply asap and reflect amount in my account asap, i have also posted this complaint on your site too 7 days ago but still me problem not solved i'm really fed up now. My home branch is allahabad bank, khalor branch, howrah, kollkata urban. Pin - 711303.
