Allahabad Bank — atm balance

Respected sir/mam,
On 01 setmbar at pnb 08:10pm i went to an atm for withdrawling money..
After entering the withdrawl amount (Rs 1000) the transaction was failed but money has debited...
I also written a complaint at my bank branch but there is action taken yet...
