Dear sir,
my mother's account is in allahabad bank. That their passbook has been lost. When she went to the bank to take a new passbook, then the manager said will be copy of police complaint for the new passbook, then you will get a new passbook. I want to know you that rule is for all over bank or only your allahabad bank. You will only trouble the middle class. Day to day come to listen that, today malaya run away to take money and tomorrow modi gone and next day another person will run away and you will continue to shake hands. You did not have to hurt the heart. But that to say your system is bad.
So please give me clarification and to take action by branch.
