Allahabad Bank — atm card related

Actually, my atm card got blocked almost one year ago, i went to the nawada branch in new delhi, there were not available atm cards then atm card alloter listen to my issue and she applied for me for emergency atm card and destroyed my old blocked card there, said to me to wait for 2 weeks but i did not get yet, i visited many times but no one is solving my problem they ask me to fill the details of older card which was destroyed by them,
