Allahabad Bank — atm cash not dispense, money deducted

From pnb atm money was deducted but cash not dispence. Rs 10000. I entered the sum of money 10000 but the cash was not despence. After that i checked my account balance and it showed that my money was deducted. I want to lodge my complaint my contact number is [protected].
