I, l phoni bhosan singha have a account with your branch at palam dabri road, new delhi-45 (My a/c no is [protected]). During may 2018 i have changed my name and present address after verifying by branch, thereafter i was demanded a cheque book through bankers during last week of sept 2018. But i have received cheque in my old adress without any changing name and adress. Please do the needful.
