Allahabad Bank — complaining about debit done but not credited in another account & customer care no.s not working ([protected] & [protected])

Sir,
Your customer care no.s are not working. I have done four transactions of Rs.10000/-each by net banking early in the morning from my Allahabad Bank Sb A/c no. [protected], IFSC:ALLA0210809 but the transactions has been shown under error. I checked the balance & statement immediately, but balance was same. But after half an hour, the messages of debit of sum of Rs.10000/- × 4 = Rs.40000/- was come on my mobile, but at now the sum of Rs.40000/- was not credited in Ashutosh Kumar's SBI sb a/c no. [protected], IFSC:SBIN0003564 till the time and not refunded in my account till now. Please arrange to send my money in that account or refund in my account. Regards, Rajesh Kumar Rajan, Asst.
