Allahabad Bank — Complaint against RTN charges debited from my Allahabad bank a/c

I would like to inform you there were 4 times debited from my allahabad bank a/c through RTN chrg vide dated 05.01.21, 12.01.21, 14, 01.21 and 16.01.21 of amount Rs. 118/- each time (copy attached). What is the reason for RTN chrg debited from my a/c. pls clarify.

I am hereby sending my bank statement for your information and necessary action please.
