Allahabad Bank — compliant on birati, kolkata bank manager regarding my home loan interest change

Respected sir/madam,

I kuladip sahu took a house building loan from birati, kolkata branch in 2011. Loan account number is [protected].
When i took the loan amount, in that time loan interest was 12.25%. But now the home loan interest is very less than what i am paying (12.25%). Hence on 9'th march 2018 i have given an application to birati branch bank manager with 50/- revenue stamp to change my home loan interest from 12.25 to current home loan interest. But till now it is not changed. When i have called to manager he told me that system is not accepting. I am not happy with this answer and also the service.

I would request you please look into my problem and resolve it asap.
