Allahabad Bank — debit card issue

Dear sir

Let me draw your kind attention towards the disorders and malfunctioning prevailing at our allahabad bank branch. Six moths have gone since our debit cards have expired now after a numberless reminders the manager has issued us the debit cards bearing the account number of other customers of jan dhan accounts however those cards are not working at all showing error as invalid when inserted in atm. We therefore request you to please look into the matter and resolve our problems.
