Allahabad Bank — fixed deposit payment not received

I have a fd of rs, 5000 in amity university, noida branch which was made for 2 years but the bank manager made it by mistake for one year. It was auto debit from my account. From january it did not get debited and when i enquired they tried to pay me the amount but it was automatically deducting the penalty. From last three months i am struggling to get my money. They are only pushing the problem for next day and failed to solve the issue.
