Allahabad Bank — I have not received my refund

I have purchase a product of 2819 rupees from amazon and payment i have made from debit card, after returning the product they issue the refund and give me reference no 30005410641051129221603 and they told me we have issued the refund if you havent recived then contact your bank and tell them to fill charge dispute form, but my bank deny for the existence of such form, so what should i do now, please hel[p me
