Sir, With due respect I would like to inform you that I am an account holder of SBI Phulbani branch My a/c no is [protected], Name-Raju Ghosh, Ifsc no- SBIN0010925 I have deposited Rs.8000/- on dated 16.07.18 time 5:37pm (UTR SBIN[protected] mistakenly in account no [protected], Name-Ankita Dey, Ifsc no-ALLA0211284 Which belongs to your esteemed bank on Allahabad, Borodangal In this regard I have already Request to our SBI branch manager Dated 17.07.2018 and the SBI manager same was forwarded mail to SBI H.O ([protected]@sbi.co.in) on dated 17.07.2018(11.05 AM). Prompt action taken from SBI H.O ([protected]@sbi.co.in) and a mail was sent to refund the amount on 18.07.18 time 1:26 PM to your H.O(br.[protected]@allahabadbank.in), and your H.O mail was sent on 18.07.18 time 1:29 PM (br.[protected]@allahabadbank.in) to the concerned branch manager of Allahabad bank, Borodongal branch with a copy to SBI branch manager Phulbani . The communication is attached herewith. I have already contacted the branch manager (Mr. Sanjib Mishra, mob:- [protected])of Allahabad bank Borodongal but he denied to receive any mail from H.O.
