I have bought a product from amazon and i have returned it for some reasons. And it's been a long time, and i haven't got my refund yet. I have also contacted amazon regarding this issue and they said that we have issued refund on your bank account. But it is not showing in my bank account, I have contacted bank regarding this but they said they have not got any money.
