I hate allahabad bank!
This is happening to me for the 2th time!
I tried to take out 10, 000 rupees from a sbi atm. The atm released a slip saying “unable to process request.” i tried again to take out 9, 000 rupees from a sbi atm but no money came out.
Later, i receive two messages saying that my account is debited by rupees 10, 000 and 9, 000 twice!
I lost 19, 000 rupees just like that.
Allahabad customer care is the worst. No one ever answers.
Please look into this issue and try to resolve as soon as you can.
In such cases, the bank should credit back the amount fast but what can you expect from a bank like allahabad.
My name is gopal singh negi and i have an account with ftaudi haryana of allahabad bank.
