Allahabad Bank — misbehaving by employee

I am sahil kumar. I live in jaitu district faridkot (Punjab).
Sir, i went to allahabad bank jaitu branch on 29/12/2018 to deposit a cheque for clearing et 10:12 am. At that place employee said the cheque didn't send for clearing today after opening branch time 15 minutes.
So, i want to send a complaint message to the branch manager jaitu branch through your reference. And also want to you to take a bold decision about that employee.
I will come to branch whenever my presentation is necessary to recognize that employee.

Sir, i requested you to warn and suspend for a period of time that employee.
