Allahabad Bank — Money debited but payment is unsuccessful

I have made payment of 1000 rupees as exam fee payment o[censored]ppcl aro through allahabad bank atm card on 22nd september and money was debited but payment is unsuccessful after two days yet.
So please refund the money so that i could fill the form timely as the last date to apply the job is september 29.
