Allahabad Bank — money deduct but not refund in my account during the withdrawal time

I Ram Gopal Singh having an a/c in the Address: MIG 15A, AMBEDKAR NAGAR, GUJAINI, KANPUR (U.P.)- 208022 Kanpur Branch . A/c no, [protected]

when i tried to withdraw Rs 4000/- from my account on 8TH June 2018 around 12.00 to 1.00 pm from the SBI ATM at dhobi chauraha, shajapur, MP at the time ATM machine

hanged so that i could not received any money nor any receipt from the ATM .

But when i checked the balance from the other ATM after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

I have complaint in mother branch but till date i have not received my money.
Please chek and refund my money.

So i am requesting you to take necessary action regarding above.
