Allahabad Bank — money deducted from account but cash did not come out from atm

Note - i was withdrawing money of rs.2000 from the atm of indusland situated at rajiv chowk metro station at 11:15 on
10/03/2019 but the cash and the slip did not come out from indusland atm..

I request you to kindly check into the details of my account and help me to get the rs 2000 back in my account number listed above...
